The Clark County Charter Review Commission will hold a series of town hall meetings to discuss nine proposed amendments that will be on the Nov. 3 general election ballot. The town hall events will be held in each of the five county council districts.
**District 1:** 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, Vancouver Community Library, Columbia Room, 901 C St.
