Every year, the CCRW Executive Board research community service opportunities. The E-Board presents a minimum of three worthy organizations to the membership, who then choose the recipient of the annual Impact Award. "We'd love to help you, your child, or loved one reach their functional goals. In order to become a patient, the individual will need to have a current occupational therapy evaluation (completed within the last 365 days). Evaluations can be completed by any licensed occupational therapist. We are able and happy to provide evaluations at the barn with a doctor's referral."
Who can benefit?
