Online: May 5th beginning at 8:00am and must be submitted by 5:00pm on May 9th.

In person: 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver
In-person filings beginning at 8 am on Monday, May 5th through 5 pm, Friday, May 9th

By mail: Clark County Elections, PO Box 8815, Vancouver, WA 98666
Mail filings accepted starting April 21st through May 9th, however, they will be held and not processed until the beginning of candidate filing week.
